Everything You Need To Know (about camp) Younger and Intermediate Divisions

Guidelines for Communicating with Your Child’s Teachers

To ensure effective and respectful communication with your child’s teachers, we ask you to follow these guidelines:

  1. Use Email for Non-Urgent Communication: Please convey any questions or concerns you may have via email. This helps maintain a record of communication and allows teachers to respond thoughtfully.
  2. Response Time: Expect a reply within 24 hours. On weekends and holidays, the response time may be longer.
  3. Avoid Instant Messaging: It is not appropriate to text message or use WhatsApp for non-urgent matters. Teachers may not have immediate access to their phones during work hours, and their personal time should be respected.
  4. Respect Personal Boundaries: Teachers, like all professionals, need personal time to recharge. Please respect their off-hours and avoid expecting instant responses during these times.
